How long is the gift card valid for?

Three years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is displayed on the gift card email notifications you receive and available when she checks her balance.

When does the gift card arrive?

Within a few minutes of your order being placed. It comes to the email address you provide at checkout. From there, you can forward it to her whenever you're ready or you can include her email address in the form and a copy is also sent to her.

What if I don't know her star sign?

Choose the Universal design. It's unmistakably Stardate, just without the sign-specific styling. You'll never have to guess and get it wrong.

What can she use it on?

Anything on stardateco.com.au, including Zodiac Birthday Candles, diffusers, bundles, miniatures, and any future ranges we launch.

Can it be used with discount codes?

Yes. Gift cards stack with discount codes and promotional offers, unless a specific promotion says otherwise.

What if her order is more or less than the gift card value?

If the order is more, she simply pays the difference at checkout using any standard payment method.

If it's less, the remaining balance stays on the card for next time. She can use it across multiple purchases until the balance runs out, as long as it's within the 3-year validity period.

Can I get a refund on a gift card?
