How do I personalise the candle?

Easy - and it's the part most people enjoy. On any candle product page, you'll be guided through three quick steps: after having selected her birthday (the date generates her star sign and her assigned fragrance automatically), add her first name as you'd like it to appear on the label, and select your fragrance if it diffes from our celestial pairing, then choose gift packaging. That's it. From there, we hand-pour the candle, hand-finish the label, and prepare it for dispatch. Everything you've personalised will appear exactly as you've entered it so check the spelling before you check out.

What if I don't know her exact birthday - just the month?

No stress. If you'd rather not ask (or you want her to be in on the magic), our gift cards are made for exactly this. She'll choose her own birthday candle, personalise it her way, and you still get to be the one who gave her the gift she didn't know she wanted. Delivered straight to her inbox or yours, if you'd like to print it out and hand it over in person.

Can I choose a different scent than her star sign?

Yes - every time. We've paired each of our 12 celestial fragrances with the star sign whose traits the scent notes align with most beautifully, but the personalisation is yours. If she's a Scorpio who only wears florals, or a Virgo with a thing for caramel, you can swap her assigned fragrance for any of the other 11 at the personalisation step. The label still celebrates her, the scent is just the one you know she'll love.

Will it arrive in time for her birthday?

We dispatch every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for orders placed before 12pm AEST on those days. Standard and Express shipping are both available through Australia Post at checkout, and shipping is on us when you spend over $115. If her birthday is around the corner, choose Express and order on a dispatch day to give it the best chance of arriving in time.
