Damaged in transit?
We make packaging a priority to ensure your Stardate candles are secured with care while they travel to you. We check all packages before they’re sent but sometimes mishaps happen, and your candle may be damaged in transit.
If you receive a damaged candle, please reach out to our team at hello@stardateco.com.au or via our Contact page within 28 days of your dispatch date. Please note, we will be unable to process any replacements for damaged candles after this time period due to Australia Post rules and regulations.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your Stardate order after it has been placed, please contact us at hello@stardateco.com.au or via our Contact page as soon as possible. We cannot cancel any orders that have been processed and shipped so you will incur the costs of the candles delivered to you.
